We also loved the location, it was close to great restaurants and cafes. Another great aspect was the stunning views of the surrounding area. It's a perfect place for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing break.
Honestly, we can't think of anything negative about our stay. Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Spent Xmas, got a beautiful Xmas tree and a stunning decoration in the hotel. the breakfast buffet was very good, we enjoyed the variety of options such as Greek yogurt with honey, eggs, and ham. the location was great, as it was a short walk to the ski slopes. the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains from our room was priceless.
The room temperature sometimes was a bit too warm but opening the window solved that issue. Another downside was the distance from downtown, which made it harder to get groceries easily.
